Natalie - The Lady Lion

I am sooo behind on my blog posts!  Please forgive me for the belated update, but I've been quite a busy bee!  I am going to keep my latest sessions chronologically correct, so I'll start with Natalie's session.  Natalie plays basketball for Luella Middle and I arrived a little early to sneak in a portrait session just before she and her teammates faced off against the ladies of Stockbridge Middle.  We had a really great time shooting.  Later some of her teammates joined in on a few of the shots as well, but once the buzzer went off to start the game they all got focused and switched into full game mode.  I love watching basketball, but it was really difficult (for me) to focus on game stats, calls, and keep up with the score all while composing shots.  The first quarter started off pretty evenly, but by second quarter the Lady Lions started to pull away and dominate the game.  There was a close come-back attempt by Stockbridge toward the end of the fourth quarter, but they just couldn't keep the momentum going.  The Lady Lions were victorious with a 38-20 win.  Shooting this basketball game was fun, and also a first for me, but I am looking forward to shooting more games in the near future.  Shout out to Natalie and the rest of the Lady Lions for a great game!
