2nd Annual July 4th Block Party

My neighbor has started a wonderful tradition by hosting a block party every July 4th. This was only the second one, and I now look forward to it every summer.  It's like a simple math equation: good food + good drinks + good weather + good music  + family + friends + fireworks = the perfect July 4th.
